Well, that’s not surprising indeed. But isn’t it fair to hope for more than 0.00% growth rate? Maybe one day, Lebanese will come back and bring their foreign knowledge to set up a better Lebanon…
it is not suprising taking into account the political instability that the country is living. Nevertheless, it’s a bad news for the locals because no growths means no job opportunities, no salary increase, no FDI…I guess we need to compare the growth with neighbouring countries. I think Jordan and Israel have a growth rate not less than 6%!
I am Elodie.
I come from France and have been known Lebanon for some years... France & Lebanon, 2 countries that I love, so different and so close to each other at the same time!
I have created this blog to share my French view of the Cedars' Land. I'd like to take advantage of one famous Lebanese characteristic, mixing french, english ... and arabic (as much as I can!)
Enjoy and merci kteer for reading it!

tu as pris les chiffres du world book de la CIA?
Should I be surprised the growth rate in Lebanon to be 0.00%?
We’re all abroad… and yet I wonder if thats necessarily a ‘bad’ thing.
